So now I will describe a time when I received good service in a shop. When I went to Australia last year, I went there with my old friend. His name is Chuhan, and we were very interested in surfing, but we didn't have any experience. So we decided to try surfing. We went to the beach, where there were many surf shops because that area was famous for shopping. We searched on Google and found the most reviewed shop. When we went there, the shop owner welcomed us warmly. We told him that we had never tried surfing, and he said he could recommend a surfboard. He picked out a surfboard for us at a reasonable price and also offered us a free lesson. Actually, we didn't know anything about surfing, so he taught us very nicely. At that time, there were no other customers, so he could extend the instruction. Eventually, we were able to surf carefully. In the end, I felt very grateful for the service we received, as it made our experience enjoyable and memorable.
