Well, providing good service to the customer is the duty of every organization in order to create a better image of the shop. Although I have received a lot of services throughout my life at various shops, some of them were the best while some were not satisfactory. But here I would like to talk about a time when I received good service in a shop. Actually, it happened one year ago. It was a clothing store named Options, which offers different types of clothing materials for all ages, including female, male, and older customers. If I talk about its location, it is situated in the heart of my hometown, Angamali, just a short distance from my house. One day, I went to the shop with my sister to purchase a wedding saree for her wedding. When we entered the shop, I was really impressed by the decoration, and they greeted us warmly. After two minutes, a worker came to serve us soft drinks with snacks. I was really confused about choosing the best outfit because all the sarees were beautiful. Finally, I chose my outfit based on my needs and preferences. The main highlight of this shop was that they provided individual attention to the customers. I received a 50% discount because I was the 100th customer of the day. The service of the shop impressed me a lot. I felt over the moon after receiving such heartfelt service.
