I was very excited about this mall because it has many world famous clothing and design brand. It top floor has food court and the second floor has cinema hall also kid gaming area for kids. The shop where I received the best service is Richman, a well known UK clothing brand with high quality products. I went there with my friends to buy some new clothes. The staff was extremely polite and always ready to help with my other clothes. The clothes were well organized in section based on style such as causal, formal and the headwaters. There were also great discount which made shopping even more enjoyable. I asked the staff multiple times for different sizes and colors. They provide them quickly without any hesitation. What impressed me the most was an incident improving my two years old friend son who accidentally broke a perfume bottle and I performed the salesperson and was ready to pay for the damage but they discounted it with their supervisor. To my surprise they told me not to worry because the perfume was just a tester with little demand. I expect argument about the damage but their claim and understanding response made me truly appreciate their expectation on customer service.
