And here I am going to talk about a time when I received good service. I vividly remember it was a matter of 3 months ago. Everybody in the neighborhood were discussing about a shop which was located in the heart of the city. It was named Jain clothing collection. Since everyone was talking about it, it made me quite eager as to why everyone was talking so much about it. So I decided to visit it as I already wanted to buy new clothes. As I entered the shop, I was greeted by the owner who was sitting at the billing counter and that was in front of the store. There was a huge variety of clothes available there. They had both men’s and women’s collection with huge range of clothes to choose from. The workers there asked for my choice and as I was shopping for a wedding, I needed a Langer. One of their employees assisted me and showed me their huge variety and she even helped me try on few pieces. After I made my choice, we started to build there. They even brought us water since it was too hot that day. I was very elated that they provided individual attention to each and every customer. I remember leaving the store being over the moon by this sweet gesture and it made me appreciate their customer service so much and I would again visit the shop one day and recommend it to others too.
