And today I have decided to talk about traffic jam when I had a experience about the jam. Initially I vividly remember a time when I was stuck in a severed traffic jam last summer. It was a Saturday afternoon and I was on my way to attend a family gathering. In addition to this the traffic was particularly bad because there was a major festival happening in the city that day. At passing thousand of visitors I was travelling on one of the busiest road in the city and it was just a few hours before the event was set to start so the road were packed. Most importantly I didn’t mind the delay as I was just sitting in the car. Listen to my favourite music past the time. However as the minute turned into hours and there was no sign of movement I started feeling frustrated and stressed. Moreover there are several reasons why I think on that day I faced a lot of traffic difficulties. First of all I tried to make the best of it by calling a few friends to chat but as the traffic congestion pressed it my anxiety grew I was worried about being late for the family gathering. Another important point is that as it was an important event the heat from the sun made things worse and the lack of air condition in the car made me feel even more uncomfortable. First more by the time I finally reached my destination I had been stuck in traffic for nearly 2 hours. Last but not least although I was relieved to get out for the car the experience let me say that feeling exhausted the whole situation made me realise how essential it is to plan ahead and allow extra time for travel especially during peak times or when there are big events in the city.
