I vividly remember the time I had to run in a tournament for my inter-school competition. Because of that, I had a major leg nerve issue where I completely could not move my legs as I wanted. They became numb at some point. That's when I realized that I had to work daily on my physical fitness. Only then would I be able to cope with my leg disability. I decided there needed to be a change in my daily routine. I scheduled my next morning as a flexible routine for leg day. I started running in the morning. On top of that, I also did yoga, exercises, and meditation to improve my overall fitness. The change occurred because I could not move my legs voluntarily, and it hurt me to the point that I could not be saved if I didn't bring about a change in my daily life. To this day, I maintain my routine. I wake up early in the morning for a quick run. You have to be mentally and physically prepared to adapt to change. You cannot just want progress and change in a day. You should have the endurance, perseverance, and resilience to successfully adapt to it.
