When I was in a clinic working as an attorney, my supervisor went somewhere for work, and I was sitting at the clinic. A patient came in with a complaint of pain. I had some knowledge, but my professor didn't allow me to deal with patients in any situation. It was the most difficult situation for me, and I felt pressured to make a choice. For two seconds, I assessed the patient and thought about the pain. I decided to deal with it. I worked on the patient's tooth, and he left with less pain and went back home. Now I had to choose whether to tell my supervisor what happened or not. I was honest with him and decided to explain everything. At first, he became angry, but after I told him everything, he calmed down.
