Thank you for the cue card. I would like to talk about a time when I helped my mother with online shopping. She did not know how to shop online, so she asked me for help. I helped her because she was unfamiliar with online payments and distinguishing between fake and real items. I assisted my mother in finding a legitimate website. After checking her account and location, I helped her find reasonable prices. This time, I also guided her through the process. Next time, I believe my mom will understand better and be able to place orders herself. I hope that next time she won't need my help. I felt really happy when the product arrived, and she was very pleased and thankful to me. I also felt happy for her because she was able to successfully shop online. It was rewarding to see her confidence grow, and I was glad to have been able to assist her in this new experience.
