The time I helped someone was during my undergraduate days. The person was a senior, a class ahead of mine. That particular day, I went to class to read in the afternoon, and I overheard a conversation with a friend. I'm not someone who likes eavesdropping or trying to know what is happening to others, but due to the nature of their complaints, I felt I could offer help to her. So, I approached her and told her I knew somebody who could solve her problem. The problem was about a course. She had passed the course, but the lecturer in charge had been unable to upload her results. As a result, there was a risk of her having to repeat a class. I took her to the lecturer's office because he is my uncle. I explained the situation to him, and he told her not to worry, that he would help, which he did. The outcome was good; it was smooth, and the problem was solved. I felt happy about it because I was able to help, and she wouldn't have to repeat a class and get depressed about it.
