Alright, if I talk about a time I helped someone learn something new, probably about 2-3 years ago, I helped my best friend with a muscle-up, which means a high pull-up on a pull-up bar. As I said, my best friend was learning the same thing, the muscle-up, but I was learning it quickly. I did it, then I started to teach him, but he couldn't do it. I told him to do low-weighted pull-ups, like weighted pull-ups. He faced really hard challenges, like high pull-ups to the chest.

Alright, if I talk about something new I helped to learn something new for someone. Probably like 2-3 years ago I helped my best friend a muscle up, which muscle up means a high pull ups on pull ups bar. I have my best friend as I said, he was learning the same too, muscle up, but I was learning it so quickly, I did it, then I started to teach him but he couldn’t do it. I said him to do low weighted pull ups, like weighted pull ups. He challenged it really, he faced it really hard challenges. Like high pull ups to chest. Fuck.
