Back in the days when I was in my company, I was working, and they brought a new trainee to our section. Our section was about service for installing medical equipment. I hoped to provide training for an assignment she would submit in the next two or three days about technical issues in the MRI device or MRI machine. She was learning how to build the cage for the MRI. The method I used to help the trainee was through simplification, explaining the principles of how the cage works and the rationale behind adjusting or installing the cage for an MRI device. The second method I used was real-time explanation because we were at the site, which made it clearer and simpler to convey my points. I felt very happy because being able to help people is important, and many times they might need a shoulder to lean on. I couldn't say no to that. I felt very glad to help her reach a point of understanding. If she got the chance to understand it all, she would be able to help us as a team.
