One day, I had a friend who had forgotten her ticket on the day of an exam. She was really nervous and almost started crying because she thought she wouldn't be allowed to take the exam. I quickly called her house using my phone and asked her brother to bring the ticket to school. While waiting, I tried to calm her down and informed the teachers about the situation. Luckily, her brother reached her in time, and she could attend the exam. She was so thankful and kept saying how much it meant to her. I'm really happy and proud that I could help her when she needed it most.
