So she asked me to order the custom items with my account on Tropic because she didn’t have an account and I agreed. So I asked the seller to make me one one piece of the item, it was a keychain, and they printed it out which in itself that’s pretty It’s very rare that any custom shops want to print just one singular piece of merch. So I was already impressed by that. But then when they sent it to me, I noticed that the gloss finish that they added wasn’t the way that I asked them to. I had initially asked them to make it matte, but they added like some sort of glossy glittery texture on it and I asked them about it. apologized and they offered to give me a new one, a new one and a refund. I was surprised by that because usually if they offer you a refund they don’t offer you a replacement. I just asked them to if they could reprint it and then just send me a photo before they sent it to me and they did. They sent me a photo with the new keychain and then from the photo I saw that it was mad the way I had asked them. So I asked them to both produce it because my friend wanted to sell these keychains and she needed I think it was around 20 pieces so I asked them to make 20 pieces of that and they they did it. They sent it to me and they also printed my friend’s art on some other pieces of merch like an acrylic stand and also an art print. I think that was the best interaction I’ve had with a custom merch shop.
