An interesting thing I saw on social media last week, I think it was Friday, was the result of a study about mental health. It was a study conducted by a university, and they tried to figure out how social media affects our mental health and how the amount of social media and what kind of social media you are consuming affects your well-being. I saw it on Instagram, and it was interesting for me because I didn't expect to see that since it was on my for you page. It was on the page where the algorithm thought it would be interesting for me. The results showed that the more social media you consume during the day, especially at night, the more it affects your mental health and your sleeping habits. So, you could say that it's not the best idea to be on your phone right before you go to sleep. That was the study I saw, and it was interesting because normally I just get a lot of cat videos or cat photos on my feed. This was just an interesting change from what I usually see.
