So I would like to tell you about a situation when I was surprised by someone's generosity. It was a situation in a restaurant. I was there to buy my favorite dish, and there was a difficult situation with the internet; even the Wi-Fi didn't work. I needed to use my app to get points from the loyalty program, and there was one girl from the service staff who helped me enter the app from her phone. As a result, I had to pay less than I would have without her help. I was surprised because not every person in the staff would help unknown customers, and so yes, that's it.
