This essay believes that this issue is due to the responsibility of some governments and suggests that unions consider providing more support for those in need. To begin with, some poor nations have a corrupt system, meaning their governors do terrible things and steal from their own people to become richer. They also profit from having poor citizens by seeking help from wealthier countries. The money given to them often ends up in their accounts rather than benefiting their citizens. Furthermore, some governments lack experience or proper education. For example, many Africans.
