During my childhood, there was this cartoon that fascinated me. It was called Ben 10. It was the story of a young boy who comes in contact with an alien object that allows him to transform into other species, making him superhuman. This show was more or less an indispensable part of my childhood. Since my father was aware of my fascination with this show, he used to buy me action figures and other toys related to it. I had this small collection of action figures of Ben 10 aliens. I used to spend hours playing with them. It allowed me to emulate that story, that reality, as I was a rather imaginative child. I never really had any friends growing up, so these toys were my true loyal companions, and I cherished each and every second I spent with them. Additionally, it also made me feel like I was in charge, as they had no other option. Looking back upon it, I realize how much I miss it, how much I miss those innocent moments, as life is getting more and more harsh day by day. I would love nothing more than to return to that peaceful life.
