In my country, a tradition that is slowly fading out is morning work. It was a beautiful culture where we used to work every morning for couple of minutes like at least 30 minutes. So why is it disappearing? Because of modern rapid pace world, we are constantly busy. we don’t have any time for our personal health. That’s why we neglected it. Why I think that’s important. So if we see from the evolution view, humans where hunter gatherer for thousands of thousands years, where they have to walk or run for miles to track a food source and go to the and kill it and the rapid advancement of technology has eliminated that need but our body has not fully adapted to the new lifestyle so we require to walk a lot everyday to keep our health but now we are not doing that so our bone density and muscle density is decreasing day by day which will cause more harm in upcoming future. So it’s important to keep this tradition alive. But still there are some people who practices it. Especially the village people who are not in always rush, who has a work life balance, who can decide to take a morning walk then start their work late.
