Shitzel is meaning bald and he doesn’t have any hair and always Chosa have fun with him because of his hair and during this festival people actually children put their hat on the neighbor’s door and after that knock door and hid their ourselves after that the home owners takes a hat and put what he wants after that he put the original place and we take it I enjoy it because of that. I do that a lot of time in my childhood.
