In our country, there are lots of festival occasions, and there is not only a specific religion; there are three to four religions, and there are so many festivals. Everyone celebrates their own festival. Today, I would like to talk about my favorite festival, which is crucial in our country for our Muslim religion, which is Eid al-Fitr. It comes once a year after Ramadan. Normally, after 30 or sometimes 29 days of Ramadan, this festival arrives, which is the biggest festival of the year in our Muslim religion and is very important as well. We all celebrate this festival with delight. We celebrate it in many ways; everyone makes pita on Eid day. Most people make pita before Eid day, and some people make it on the day of Eid. Everyone wears new clothes, sometimes traditional. Mostly boys and men wear traditional attire like Punjabi, but girls and women wear different kinds; some love to wear western clothes, and some prefer traditional attire, depending on their choice. We also visit different areas on this day to make it special, and the most crucial thing is salami. It is one of the most enjoyable times when we receive salami from our guardians, parents, and relatives. When this festival comes, I feel over the moon because it is that kind of festival.
