Well, today I am going to tell you about a traditional meal in my country. It's called Banh Chung, which is a traditional Vietnamese dish deeply tied to our culture, especially during Lunar New Year. It is made from green beans, glutinous rice, pork, and banana leaves. This dish represents the earth in its square shape. The process of making it is meticulous, with layers of rice and filling wrapped properly in the banana leaves before being boiled for four hours. We often make this cake on occasions when people gather together to eat and welcome the new year together. I love this dish very much because it's really delicious and brings a more meaningful feeling of welcome. And that's all.
