I think it’s popular in my country because we make this food in special occasions like weddings and birthdays. It’s an usual meal when we are picnic. Meat plays an important role in our food because farming has been an important job. I love it first of all because it always reminds me of home. My mother is very fond of cooking kebab. She used to make it for me when I get sick during my childhood. Secondly, I like it because it’s a great meal to make for parties. You can find kebab in Iranian restaurants all over the world. I recommend you try it in my country because I promise you will find a difference from what you tasted before.
