Generally, I wouldn't say I'm interested in articles about health or wellness. However, I did read this type of article during my studies. We worked with language, NS, articles, and vocabulary. This was basically about the influence of nature on people who experience grief, the loss of a dear person in their life, and the aspects of hardships that we encounter. It explored how nature affects our feelings and offered scientific knowledge, including some science-backed statistics related to this topic. I would say that it was interesting, but apart from that, I didn't read much about this before this experience. I think it's obvious that nature, the basic thing we can see everywhere, influences our health positively. In general, my thoughts related to this topic are that if I could, I would spend more time in nature, and I'm sure that would improve my mental health.
