About 3 days ago, while scrolling through social media, I came across an interesting article about health. The article began with the title Common Health Problems. It mentioned various issues such as common cold, flu, dosages and more. The article also provided solutions and methods from professional doctors. If you want to be healthy, you should drink around 3-5 liters of water each day. As our bodies are composed of about 80% water. When we are sick and go to the hospital, doctors usually recommend medicines like pills, tablets or injections. However, professionals argue this is not only an option for treatment. There are also natural and physical remedies available. It is true that we can easily rely on pharmaceutical solutions, but sometimes this can be harmful to our bodies and may alter our immune system. We often forget when we take pills or meditations, some must be taken on empty stomach, others after meals and some require checking them 30 minutes before breakfast. Additionally, Dr. Jack stated exercising is the most crucial activity of the day. Exercise doesn’t only mean going to the gym, lifting heavy weights or attending boxing classes. It includes any physical activity you engage in during the day. Running or jogging are excellent forms of exercise. By establishing a habit of running or jogging every day, you can stranger your immune system. If you struggle with being overweight or obese, these activities can help you lose access weight. Moreover, these activities not only aid in weight loss, but also boost your energy levels, normalize blood pressure and reduce risk of heart attack.
