This question is very close to my heart. Firstly, my friend called me the day before yesterday, and we had a very healthy discussion on several topics. We started with finding different types of jobs within Pakistan, as we are pharmacists by profession. We began searching for various jobs offered by multinational companies in Pakistan, including GSK, GADS, and ABART. We had a healthy discussion about the options and then examined our strengths and weaknesses, which were affecting our job search. We started reading different guidelines, including PIC/S guidelines and WHO, World Health Organization guidelines, and it was really nice for us to discuss these topics. Then we began emailing different HR personnel listed on the job portals, and we successfully found our jobs at the right time. We expressed our opinions in a very open manner, which ultimately helped us. One of us secured a position as an assistant manager at ABART, while I got a job as a manager at GSK. We both held prestigious positions in our respective companies, and this discussion was interesting because it not only helped us find jobs but also strengthened our professional relationship.
