I would like to tell you about an interesting discussion I had as part of my studies. A couple of months ago I had a discussion with my peers in my college and our topic was Robotics Impact on Job Market. Well, during our discussion some argued that Robotics may decrease our job facilities. Take for example, in Japan many hotels, restaurants and shopping centers played a significant role by working robotics. Because of that they think robotics have the ability to work more efficiently and clearly rather than human. So that is why they are very valuable and highlighted instead of human workers. That is why human job replacement decreases day by day. On the other hand others believe that robotics is really essential for our own self because they have the ability to work longer hours without making any mistakes. They have the ability to work 24 hours every week. So it’s a positive impact for our own self. Robotics also help us to cleaning our homes and other types of facilities. I found this discussion was really interesting because of that. It was a thought-provoking discussion and I didn’t experience this type of discussion ever. I feel like that this discussion has significantly enhanced my curiosity and provided me lots of essential things like lots of knowledge to do something better in the future. So I can say that in the future I will definitely engage these types of discussions repeatedly.
