One of my favorite hobby, and a very interesting hobby is being at the mountain rescue or in the mountain rescue cube. Uh, we are uh, those people who rescues from when you’re uh, climbing and stuck or you hurt yourself while getting up to the top of the mountain or somewhere else where the normal rescue team canot cannot do it. Yes. What kind of people do it? I think all, everybody in our group is very interestic in mountains and in the medical part and we love to do it, we want to help, we have strong community, we know each other, we know what the other one can do. Uh, we communicate together, um, well, how it’s done. Yes. It’s not that easy. You have to do several kinds of tests and exams. If you are the first tests in the summer and winter, do you fit into the mountain rescue team? Are you healthy? Do you have the body requirements doing this? Can you walk up? Can you climb a mountain in a certain amount of time? And yes, it’s very interesting. You learn a lot of people. You can help people when they’re stuck and cannot do anything.

We are the people who rescue climbers who get stuck or injured while ascending a mountain, or in other areas where a regular rescue team can't reach. What kind of people do it? We communicate effectively as a team. How it's done? Well, it's not easy. You have to pass several tests and exams. There are initial tests in both summer and winter to determine if you're a good fit for the mountain rescue team. They assess your physical fitness, your ability to handle the demands of the job, and your ability to navigate and climb mountains within a specific time frame. It's incredibly interesting. You learn a lot, meet amazing people, and have the opportunity to help those in need when they're stuck and unable to help themselves.
