And basically I work in an IT company and we have different employees and in our team members, all of the team members, 12 people will work and one day I was the only person who stayed in the shift. So we received an escalation mail, I checked the escalation mail and replied accordingly. But after completing that the next day my manager locked in and mentioned that I made a mistake and didn’t provide the correct information to the client. So I was very worried that the mail was yesterday and I didn’t provide the correct information. Then my manager advised me that I need to check on a senior folks or pin someone and check on it and then drop me. And my manager gave me a suggestion that I need to work on a more technical side so I’ll be able to send the mail correctly and improve in it. I feel it is very important at that time, maybe it was a minor mistake which is not considerable. But I think in future if we take care of this, major mistakes will not happen. After the advice from my manager, I felt very glad that I’ve got an opportunity to learn new things from the company.
