So, the time when I got up early I wanted to share with you is two months ago. I joined an ASI group project for my university application. This project was organized by Oxford professors and the topic was about inequality. So if we wanted to get higher performance and good results, we needed to deliver the presentation with my four teammates. Here was a problem: the deadline was approaching, we did nothing about our PowerPoint slides, and when I sent this question in our team channel, no one was responding in the group. So this made me anxious and I felt very pressured. So I decided to do it by myself. That day I stayed up all night and to go over there, I think it was 4 am maybe. So I finally finished all slides and sent them to my teammates. This thing let me know that sometimes in your teamwork, you need a leader to contribute different work to your teammates.
