One of the events when I was really in a hurry was my friend's engagement party. It was my childhood best friend's engagement party, which was going to be held some distance from where I lived. Actually, I woke up late on the engagement day because I forgot to set my alarm. I got ready as much as possible after I woke up and went to the cab to reach the venue. Fortunately, I was not too late; I was just half an hour late, thanks to the Uber driver who drove the car very fast. I felt bad that I could not make it on time because it was an important event in her life.
