I was a part of the student council last year, actually I was the leader, and we were preparing HRT fair. Everything was going according to the plan until on the morning of the event we realized that the printed posters and price labels that we had ordered had not been delivered. At that moment there was no time to wait or panic because the fair was supposed to start in less than two hours. And then I immediately took responsibility and together with a few teammates we rushed to fix the situation. We quickly designed new posters on a laptop and printed them using simple school printer. However, the printer was quite slow, so we also decided to handwrite some of the signs to save the time. the quality was not as high as we expected but still. The whole process was quite stressful and we had to work under pressure and make really quick decisions. I remember feeling anxious because I didn’t want the event to fail especially since it was for good cause. Despite that we managed to stay focused and support each other. In the end we finished everything just a few minutes before the fair began and surprisingly the event turned out to be very successful and parents and students didn’t even notice the problem.
