I’m going to talk about an, um, occasion. When I heard someone complaining about something in a restaurant. It happened a few months ago when I went to a restaurant with my friend for lunch. The restauraentt was quite busy, and we had to wait for a while to get a table. We didn’t mind that because we were not so hungry and we were not in a hurry. However, there was a man sitting next to us who seemed very impatient and unhappy. He was complaining to the waiter about, uh, everything. The food, the service, the noise, the price, etcetera. He was very good and loud, and he made the waiter very uncomfortable and embarrassed. He even asked to speak to the manager and demanded a discount or a free ma. The result was that the, uh, manager came and tried to calm him down, but he was not satisfied, and he continued to complain. Idu he made seen and, um, attracted a lot of attention from other customers. Some of them looked annoyed, some of them looked amused, and some of them looked sympathetic. I felt very sorry for the waiter and the manager. Because they had to deal with such a difficult customer. I also felt a bit angry and irritated.
