So it was the last year when my friend uh cousin came to me. She told me that due to her being overweight people body shamed her a lot and whenever she went people pass abnoiousious. Due to that her self confidence was down. And she told me that she tried a lot uh techniques to lose weight but did not get good results since I’m a physical fit person. So uh. She used to seek flashes of my inspiration from me. So she came to me to become physically fit and to help her. I told her the basic signience behind being uh losing weight. Uh, so I told her bluntly that your weight loss journey thrice primarily on your diet and significantly uh less on your exercise. So her problem was that she uh was concentrating more on her exercise, less on her uh diet to lose the weight. So I told her to do a posite. So I prescribed u uh that take all meals between 06:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. and she delightly followed them. Moreover I told her to cut all the refined sugar from her diet. And uh uh, uh, this advice of uh my um mix worked life a change uh for uh within uh three months she lost about fifteen k and after that she gained immense motivation and in six months she was a fit person. All extra fat on her body went away and she uh thanked me. So this experience made no um perfect because my knowledge helped someone close to my heart.
