Actually, when I started drafting this talk, a lot of things came to my mind, but this one was the most special among all. My grandfather bought me a Titanic ship model when I was seven years old. The ship was really expensive because it was large in scale, and the design they showed on the online shopping platform looked really good. The estimated time of arrival for this order was 14 days. However, they were actually late by a whole week, so I had to wait for another seven days. Even though they apologized with a voucher for my next shopping experience, I couldn't be satisfied with the shipping quality. However, the thing I admired the most was my grandfather's immense love for me; he was very willing to buy me that ship. I have to say, it was a memorable experience.
