I’d like to talk about an old acquaintance of mine that I had lost contact with and I recently reconnected with him. His name is Simon. I first met him back in high school in 2013 and from grade 10 to grade 11 we were that deskmate and me and Simon helped each other a lot with our studying. However, Simon is a Macau citizen so in grade 12 he went to a specialized school which is decided for the students from Hong Kong and Macau and since then we lost contact with each other. However, I believe it was two years ago I was about to clean my bike because I wanted to start riding bike again and I stumbled upon a letter that was attached on my on the pack on my bike and I opened it. It turned out to be a letter from Simon and he expressed the gratitude for my companionship and he wished me to have a promising future. I feel very moved so I decided to talk to him again. Luckily I still had him in my reach and I just invited him out to my favorite restaurant and we had dinner together and we caught up a lot with our recent updates and I feel very happy that we connected again because I missed him a lot.
