I have been very lucky to know a good number of people who excel in both personal and professional lives. Today, I would like to talk about one of these persons who is incredibly talented in baking French pastries. Kimiya is a dear friend of mine whom I had the pleasure of meeting at our university. Our relationship first started as classmates and then developed into friends. She is a truly remarkable individual. One thing I particularly admire about her is her incredible attention to detail. This level of care and attention speaks volumes about her craft, and it's one of the reasons why I hold her in such high regard. In addition, Kimiya is also generous with her time and knowledge. She is always willing to share her recipes and techniques with others. Kimiya is truly an exceptional baker, an amazing person to know. I feel lucky to have her as a friend.
