So to begin with, I would like to share an experience when I ordered books from an online shop. I remember, when I was studying in my first course at university, I bought a book called War and Peace by Leo Tolstoy. This book is a Russian classic, so it contained two volumes. After I received my order, I was over the moon, but while looking through them, I realized some pages were missing. After that, I was completely disappointed that the books were so useless and colorless that I couldn't read them at all. So I decided to return them. Since I had a receipt and warranty from the online shop, they didn't refuse my request and offered to exchange the books for ones in better condition. I agreed to that. I sent them the books I had bought earlier, and they processed my request positively.

After I received my partial, I was over the moon, but while looking through them, I realized some page for missing. After that, I was completely disappointed that the books were so useless and colorless that I couldn’t read them at all. So I decided to return them. Since I had a check and warranty by online shop, they didn’t refuse my request and offered me to change the books quality one without any experiment. I agreed with that. I sent them the books. I bought earlier, they provided my request positively.
