So that thing that I bought and returned was a pair of sneakers. I bought them from an online shop last month. I returned them because they didn't fit me, and the size was incorrect, even though I chose the correct one. The process of returning was not simple, despite having received them. The online shop didn't want to accept the goods. I tried to resolve it without problems, and I did.
