Here I would like to talk about one activity that I do to keep fit and healthy, which is yoga. I usually do it in the morning about 3-4 times a week. It helps me to stay energetic and mentally clear. Most of the time, I do it by myself at home, but occasionally I practice with a friend who has the same interest in yoga.
