When it comes to improving my health, swimming immediately comes to mind. I'd love to participate in more outdoor activities, and swimming is my favorite. It's been a while since I've gone swimming, so I think it's time to get back into it. In the future, I'd need to find a suitable place with safe water and maybe even a coach to guide me. I wouldn't take up swimming as a hobby, but rather as a way to improve my overall health. I'd need to decide on my goals, whether it's to get fit or maintain good health. As a student, I have my own projects and homework, so I'd like to start swimming right after my academic year ends. I'll have more time to dedicate to it, get used to it, and really enjoy the experience. I choose swimming because I love the feeling of being immersed in water. It also strengthens my entire body. When you swim, you use your whole body, especially your arms and legs. Swimming will help me build muscle in my arms and legs, making my body more flexible. Swimming will also help me burn fat, leading to weight loss and improved fitness. My mental health also benefits from swimming. Being immersed in water makes me feel relaxed and calm. It's a great way to de-stress and clear my mind.

Well, when it comes to this topic, uh, swimming is the thing that comes to my mind immediately. Um, actually I would like to take part in some outdoor activities to improve my health conditions and streiming is my favorite activity and I haven’t gone to gone swimmining for a long time too. So I think it’s time. And I think in the future I will need to find the right place for swimming with uh, safe water source and uh, like a coach for me. And I don’t take up swimming as a hobby, but uh, as something to uh, improve my health. So I need to, I will need to decide what my goals are like to get fit or to maintain good health. And actually I would like to, I’m a student now, so I have my own projects, I have my own homeworks. So I would like to do it right after my academic years endit. Like I will have more time to spend on it, to get used to it and to be into it, you know. And I choose streaming because I like the feeling of being immersed in water. And also, and it also like uh, strengthens my whole body. Like when you swimming, you have to use your whole body, especially your arms and your legs. So swimming will help me build my arms and my legs muscless so that my body will, would uh, be more like, will be more flexible. And swimming uh, will also have to burn my fat so that I can lose weight and get fit.
