Band 6+: describe what types of bullying have you experienced or seen happening to people around you.

Your pronunciation is above average. However, you may find complexity in certain words challenging. Regular practice should aid in improvement.

The answer is good, but it could be improved by providing more details about the situation and the impact of the bullying. Consider adding more specific examples of the verbal bullying and describing the classmate's feelings and reactions in more detail. Expanding on the teacher and nurse's intervention would also strengthen the response. The response could be expanded as it currently feels quite brief.

The answer is coherent and well-structured. The narrative flows smoothly. Minor improvements could be made by using more sophisticated linking words to enhance the flow even further. For example, instead of 'Luckily', a more nuanced transition word could be used, such as 'Fortunately,' or 'As a result,'

The vocabulary is adequate and appropriate for the topic. Words like 'rude comments' and 'mean names' are effective. More sophisticated vocabulary could be used to demonstrate a wider range, such as 'derogatory remarks' or 'taunts' instead of 'mean names'. The use of 'respecting other things' could be improved to 'respecting others'.

The grammar is mostly accurate with only a minor error ('other things' instead of 'others'). The sentence structures are varied and appropriate. The use of past tenses is consistent and correct. To achieve a band 9, focus on eliminating minor grammatical errors and using more complex grammatical structures.
