Well, my routine nowadays is uh, quite busy and I um, don’t have so much free time. But if I had a day off or free from work and um, study, I would like to go to the gym because it’s been a life since I went the last time, uh, maybe since three weeks or one month. I can’t remember exactly, but I want to go there to recharge my energy, to uh, isolate myself from, from the pressure I was on since uh, three or four months. And um, I want to practice also work out also I want my body to be active again, um, and of course to parent some calories because I’m um, not pay uh, attention to my um, food recently. And um, maybe I will go with my husband. But the gym are not, is not mutual. We have three floors, um, at the gym, the first and second floor for the men and the third for the woman. So. But it’s still the same place so maybe we go together, um, spend like 2 hours. And when I finish uh, practicing, I think I will be focus again. My brain uh, reactivate, um, and of course uh, feel like u uh, energetic, um, and doing something useful for myself. Um, and I hope to redo it again, uh, in the near future.

My schedule is pretty packed these days, so I don't get much free time. But if I had a day off from work and studies, I'd definitely head to the gym. I want to get my body moving again, work out, and burn some calories since I haven't been paying much attention to my diet lately. I might go with my husband, but the gym has separate floors for men and women. The first and second floors are for men, and the third floor is for women. But it's still the same place, so we could go together and spend a couple of hours there. After my workout, I think I'd feel more focused and energized. My brain would be reactivated, and I'd feel good about doing something beneficial for myself. I'd definitely try to make it a regular thing in the future.
