Good morning. To describe my exercise routine today, I first want to clarify one point: I am not a gym pro or a person who wants to be fit or healthy. I am someone who used to eat a lot because I love exploring different cuisines whenever I get the chance. However, whenever I have free time, feel stressed, or need to distract myself from my regular routine, I go for a walk in my corridor. We have a big veranda in my home, and although it’s an apartment, we have a large working space as well. I plug my earphones into my phone and listen to certain songs that make me feel comfortable and happy, especially when I am feeling depressed or demotivated. I also go for a walk when I want to take a 15-minute break because I follow the Pomodoro technique, where people take breaks to increase their productivity. As I mentioned earlier, I am not a gym-fit person, so I only exercise when I have time or when I feel stressed. It is actually a kind of therapy for me to exercise or go for a quick walk when I am feeling low. That’s the reason I choose these exercises. To be precise, I practiced yoga when I was a kid, and that was part of an extracurricular activity in school. We had to choose one exercise or special skill to learn during that period, which is why I chose yoga. I still remember a few of the yoga steps and techniques they taught me then. But for me, my go-to exercise would be walking. Thank you.

Good morning. To describe my exercise routine today, I first used, I first wanted to clarify one point over here that I am not a gym pro or a person who wants to be fit or healthy. I am a person who used to eat a lot because I love exploring different cuisines whenever I get time. But whenever I have a free time or I feel stressed or I have to distract from my regular routine, I would go for a walk by my corridor like we have a big veranda in my home. So it’s an apartment though we have a large working space as well. So I will have my earphones plugged into my phone. I used to listen to certain songs which will make me feel comfortable and happy and I am depressed or demotivated. And I would also go for a walk when I want to take a 15 minutes break because I am a person who used to follow pomerado technique where people used to take breaks and do their work which will actually increase their productivity. As I mentioned earlier, I am not a gym fit person so I used to exercise only when I have time or when I feel stressed and it is actually a kind of therapy for me to exercise or to go for a quick walk and I am low. So that’s the reason why I would choose any of these exercises. To be precise, I am a person who used to practice yoga when I was a kid. And even that was done because there is one period in our school which is the extra-curricular activity. We have to choose one exercise or any special skill to be learned for that period. So that’s the reason I chose yoga. I still remember a few of the steps of yoga or special techniques that they taught me then. But for me, a go-to thing would be walking. Thank you.
