My favorite festival is the Mid-Autumn Festival, celebrated on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month. This festival is known for its colorful lanterns and delicious mooncakes. Children often parade with their lanterns in various shapes and family garter to enjoy mooncakes under the full moon. It’s a joyful time for storytelling games and I appear appreciating the beauty of the season. I love this festival because it reminds me of my childhood and foster, a sense of community and nostalgia.
