If I were to choose a favorite food for a traditional festival or special event, it would be something rich in history and flavor. That is why I choose a cuisine to talk about now. This dish is palau. Palau is a very popular and flavorful meal. In my country, most people prepare this meal on different occasions, festivals, or various celebrations. Palau is perfect because this dish is specially prepared. For the meal, we need lamb meat, some carrots, rice, and spices. I guess the most important ingredients are the meat and spices because these products make the food tasty and rich in vitamins. Spices are also added to the cuisine to give it an aromatic flavor. Right now, I am cooking this meal for my brother for his birthday because he likes to eat it.
