Another reason is that it is really hard to find someone who doesn’t like its taste. So it is a very simple dish yet really tasty. I mean it is tasty even if you just season it with salt and black pepper. Wrap a little oil all over the chicken skin and cook until golden. But for special occasions people try to make a little more satisfied, sophisticated and at garlic herbs and sauces. I particularly like roast chicken tits because they have a crispy skin and juicy especially when they are marinated. What I usually do is carefully part the skin from the meat of the chicken and stuff the gable with fresh, dedicated herbs such as parsley, basil and marjoram.
