In my country there are a lot of reasons to celebrate festivals. In festivals people prepare and cook very different kind of foods which are traditional and special foods. I would like to tell about one of them which was very popular in my country. It is Sumolak. Sumolak is a cook-it-only in Navros festival. When it comes to its preparation, this is very simple. First of all, we have to let the wheat germinate for two weeks and squeeze out of water. Finally, it should boil for 20 hours. And again, it will be ready to consume. It tastes very unusual and delicious. I should admit that I have never eaten this type of taste before.
