If I were to choose a favorite food for a traditional festival or special event, it would be something rich in history and flavor. That is why I chose a cuisine to talk about now. This dish is palau. Palau is a very popular and flavorful meal. In my country, most people prepare to eat this meal on different occasions. For a festival or celebration, palau would be perfect because this dish is specially prepared. To prepare the meal, we need lamb meat, some currants, rice, and spices according to taste. I guess the most important ingredients are the meat and spices because it is these products that make the food tasty and rich in vitamins. Spices are also added to the cuisine to give it an aromatic flavor. Right now, I cooked this meal for my family member, my brother, for his birthday because he likes to eat it.
