So I would like to talk about my grandfather's job, and his job was in an office. To be honest, I don't know exactly what he was doing there, but I guess he was doing some administrative work, such as organizing papers, assigning tasks to employees, and so on. I really didn't have a chance to ask him about the details of his job, and he dedicated his whole life to this work. He really loved this job, and I admire him for his dedication in this area. I think he didn't have any other jobs because, when I opened my eyes, he was always doing this job. To be honest, I never understood him because I would never work in such conditions, like managing tasks and assisting others. I am a very flexible person, so I would prefer to choose a job with more flexibility, no long hours, and no strict deadlines. I would like to work in a normal atmosphere, for example, with flexible working hours. So, while I don't admire his overall job, I would like to say that his work skills, such as discipline and time management, were excellent. I think these are the kinds of skills I would like to develop in myself, and that's something I aspire to achieve.

And I think he didn’t have any other jobs because when I opened my eyes, he just did this job all the time. And to be honest, I never understand him because I would never work in such kind of condition, like employing the works and so on, assisting them. And I am a very flexible person, so that’s why I would like to choose some flexible work with no long hours and with strict deadlines. And I would like to work with the normal atmosphere, for example with the flexible working hours like this. So that’s why I really didn’t admire his overall job, but however I would like to say that his working skills, discipline, such as discipline, moreover the time management was so good, and I think that these kind of skills I would like to see in myself. And that’s something that I would like to see in my skills.
