When he started at school, he lived in the countryside, but after graduation from school, he entered to university. After graduation from university, he began his career as engineer. At the beginning, he worked as assistant for senior engineer. He helped him in his work. After several years, when he gained experience in this sphere, he was promoted to leader engineer. After this point, his career began. He had to manage projects at work. He also had to manage people and resolve difficulties between people. He always said to me that it was a really challenging job for him. That work was very stressful for him. He liked his job despite the fact that it was very stressful for him. Of course, working with people is always challenging. I never wanted to be an engineer because I wasn’t good at physics at all. I didn’t want to even try it. But thanks to my grandfather, I understood that if you want to achieve success in your work, you have to be active and energetic person. You have to be stubborn and always remember about your goal. And of course, never give up.
